Exchanges & Refunds Policy
If the rare occasion arises where you feel you must return an item, you have the option to exchange the item, receive store credit in the form of a gift card or a request a refund. In all cases, the returned item(s) must be in its new, original condition, unused, unworn, undamaged, with all product tags, wrapping and packaging, in a condition that allows resale to another customer.
Return For Exchange
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. However, if you are not completely satisfied with an item you purchased you can send it back within SEVEN (7) days to exchange the item. We will replace the item with an item of equal value. Please understand that our in-stock items can change, and we may not have the exact item you originally ordered.
On our Return Form, found in our “How To Send Us Your Exchange/Refund” please list the name of the product you want. For faster processing, please cross-check the product page to make sure that you list all option selections, if applicable.
If your exchange item costs more, we will email you an invoice for the difference which must be paid before the item can be shipped. If your exchange item costs less, we will refund the difference. We will notify you by email when your exchange is processed and sent. We will ship ONE free exchange shipment per order.
Jewelry exchange requires a 25% restocking fee. We strongly recommend that you know the correct necklace, bracelet or ring size and/or have your finger sized before ordering jewelry in order to avoid extra shipping fees and restocking charges.
Return For Store Credit
Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card, which must be redeemed within 6 months to spend your credit on anything in the store.
Return For Refund
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. However, if you are not completely satisfied with an item you purchased you can send it back within SEVEN (7) days from the delivery date, with some restrictions for specific items, to receive a refund. Any items with restricted return periods will be clearly indicated in the product description on the product page.
Returns for a refund must be made by the customer who purchased the item. If your item was a gift, see the “Gift Return” below.
Orders are eligible for refund only if the item is returned in its new, original condition, unused, unworn, undamaged, with all product tags, wrapping and packaging, in a condition that allows resale to another customer.
Proof of original purchase must be provided. If proof is not provided, we are under no obligation to offer a refund. Refunds will be for the items original purchase price indicated on your receipt minus shipping costs. Shipping costs are not refundable. See the Return Form, found in our “How To Send Us Your Exchange/Refund” for additional information.
Once we receive the item, refunds are processed within 3 business days. Monday through Friday excluding all weekends, and state/federal holidays. Refunds will be credited in the same manner as we received the payment at the time the item was purchased (credit card, amazon pay, PayPal, etc.)
If you are returning a gift item, we must have the purchaser’s information or order number to find it in our system. There are multiple options available to you. You may choose to have us refund the purchaser, exchange the item for another item of equal value or issue you store credit for the original purchase cost. Please make sure we have your contact information and be sure to inform us if you do not want the purchaser to know about your return, or they will receive email notification of return processing.
On Sale / Discounted Items
Items purchased on sale, during a promotion or with a discount coupon will only be refunded for the discounted price. If the sale or promotion is no longer available or the discount coupon has expired and an item is no longer at the reduced price and an exchange is necessary, you may have to pay the difference for the item you want.
Personalized & Custom Items
Orders placed with a request to alter an existing item in any way with any kind of personalization, customization or alteration to meet specific requests including but not limited to engraving, etc. are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a defect or error on our part.
How To Send Us Your Exchange/Refund
We may ship items from different locations so the return address may vary, depending on the item being returned. To avoid delays and lost returns, please do not ship returns to the address on your order package that you received. Contact us so that we can provide you with the correct return address.
For faster processing, a return form must accompany every return. Returns submitted without a return form will cause a processing delay.
After contacting us for the correct return address and completing the return form:
1. Place the item in packaging large enough to comfortably fit the item without folding or crushing. We recommend using bubble wrap or a padded envelope. We will not accept any item compromised by being stuffed into a package which is too small for the item or is damaged during shipment back to us.
2. Put the completed return form in the package.
3. Put a copy of the packing slip you received in the original package. If you do not have your original packing slip, please provide us with your order number.
4. Affix the mailing label on the package.
5. Send it back to us. You can return your item(s) using any shipping method you choose. Make sure you get a tracking number and we highly recommend getting insurance in case the item is lost in transit to us. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit back to us, but if a package is lost, we can use the tracking number as proof it was sent, and the insurance covers you.
Please note, it will take 2 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday excluding all weekends, and state/federal holidays to process the return when we receive the item. Once your return is processed and your exchange or refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
