Firearm, Ammunition, And Magazine Restrictions
Laws regarding the sales, possession, and other restrictions on firearms, ammunition, magazine capacity, accessories, pepper spray, batons, tasers, etc., are constantly changing. It is your responsibility as a customer to ensure that you comply with all applicable local, city, state, county, and federal laws, regulations, and ordinances in your jurisdiction before completing an order on our website. All orders that violate a law, regulation, or ordinance will be canceled.
SALE RESTRICTIONS
No sales of ANY merchandise to:

All firearms will be shipped to the premise address on the FFL license. All licenses will be validated through FFL EZ Check and must match exactly to avoid delays and cancellation.

A semi-automatic rifle with a detachable magazine cannot have:

- Grenade launcher or flare launcher
- More than 10 rounds
A semi-automatic rifle with a fixed magazine cannot have:
- More than 10 rounds
A semi-automatic pistol with a detachable magazine cannot have:
- A magazine located outside of the pistol grip
- A threaded barrel capable of accepting a flash suppressor, forward pistol grip, or silencer
- Shroud that encircles the barrel except for a slide
- Secondhand grip
- More than 10 rounds
A semi-automatic pistol with a fixed magazine cannot have:
- More than 10 rounds
A semi-automatic shotgun cannot have:
- Folding or telescoping stock
- Pistol grip, thumbhole stock, or stock that allows the individual to place the trigger hand under any portion of the action
- Shroud that encircles the barrel except for a slide (handguard)
- Ability to accept a detachable magazine
- Revolving cylinder
Any semi-automatic firearm that is not a pistol, revolver, rifle, or shotgun cannot have:
- Pistol grip, thumbhole stock, or other stock that allows the individual to position the trigger hand under any portion of the action of the firearm
- Ability to accept a detachable magazine outside of the pistol grip
- A fixed magazine with more than 10 rounds
- A flash suppressor or silencer, or a threaded barrel
- A shroud except a slide
- A secondhand grip
- An arm brace

- No rifle or shotgun sales to any resident of Delaware who is under 21 years old.
- No variants of AR-15 or AK-47 rifles, pistols, or completed lowers will be shipped
- No semiautomatic, centerfire rifle that can accept a detachable magazine and has any of the following:
- A folding or telescoping stock
- A pistol grip or a thumbhole stock
- A forward pistol grip
- A flash suppressor
- A grenade launcher or flare launcher
- A semiautomatic, centerfire rifle that has an overall length of under 30 inches
- No semi-automatic shotguns are to be sold to residents of Delaware with the following characteristics:
- Possesses a detachable magazine
- Possesses both a pistol grip and a folding or telescopic stock
- Possesses a revolving cylinder
- No semi-automatic centerfired pistol with a fixed magazine that can accept more than 17 rounds
- No semi-automatic rifle with a fixed magazine that can accept more than 17 rounds
- No magazines with a capacity over 17 rounds
- No semi-automatic pistol that has a detachable magazine and has any of the following features:
- An ammunition magazine that attaches to the pistol outside of the pistol grip
- A threaded barrel
- A shroud that is attached to, or partially or completely encircles, the barrel except for a slide
- A second-hand grip
