You must be at least 18 years old to purchase rifles and shotguns. All firearm purchases must be shipped to an FFL dealer and pass a background check to complete the transfer. Additionally, some states have magazine capacity restrictions. It is your responsibility to ensure that you comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including any other restrictive age requirements, in the state where you reside.
